To focus on one’s positive aspects, what they are good at, on their best skills and capacities that can be used both personally and professionally. <\/span><\/p>\n

To increase one’s self-esteem and improve one’s potential.<\/b><\/p>\n

The participants in the room are split into groups made of X number of people. Each person in the group is asked to use the LEGO\u00ae pieces they find on the table to build their superpowers model. They should represent their best skill or capacity. Then, after making the model, at least one representative per table shows and explain their model to all the participants in the room. At the group level, each participant tells their story on the model they have built. Everybody shares.<\/p>\n

While the participants tell the model’s story to all the others, a facilitator takes notes on the post-its about the words said while they describe their superpowers and stick the post-its on the wall.<\/p>\n

The facilitator can ask the participants to cluster the models on the table based on their criteria and principles and collect feedback in connection to the “who you are” results.<\/p>\n
