Some teachers evaluate them at the individual level because that is what is required by the educational authority. In that way, the team identity diminishes the value.\u00a0<\/p><p class=\"p1\">The question &#8220;who are you in the team can reveal essential information about the role or the absence of it.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">&#8220;Build a model showing who you are on this team. What do you bring to the team? What could you bring?
