Any time you start a meeting, a warm<\/b> is required due two reasons, one to sense people’s energy and to put them on focus or play mode. Most warm-ups are just this warm-ups, but <\/span>enhanced warm-ups<\/b> can give you more opportunities to understand other hidden variables. <\/span><\/p>\n

In this activity, we propose you ask the participants, <\/span>“how do they feel about the project”<\/i><\/b><\/span>. <\/span>Where do they see them?<\/i><\/b><\/span> The art of facilitation this activity relies on the kind of questions you place after they have chosen their position. The central core idea is <\/span>you sense them<\/b><\/span>. By sensing them, vulnerability starts to arise, and it is your mission to create a safe environment to continue with your project.
