Game DThinking

In a game design paradigm the solution is not locked away somewhere waiting to be discovered but lies in the creative work of the team as stated in the mind of creative Design Thinkers from where Ivetagr takes these thoughts*.
“These are likely to be triggered by observing the odd practices. The insight phase that helps to launch a new game VET methodology project is therefore every bit as critical as the engineering process that comes later.

Almost any website based service from social networking sites to mobile phones offerings to the vast world on line gaming requires an understanding of the dynamic interactions within and between larger groups. What are the people trying to achieve as individuals? What group effects, such as “smart mobs” or virtual jobs are taking shape? And how does membership in an online community affect the behaviour of individuals once they return to the prosaic world of atoms, proteins, and bricks? It is hard to imagine creating anything today without trying to gain an understanding of the group effects.

A second set of considerations is forcing us to rethink our notions of how to connect to consumers, and that is the pervasive fact of cultural differences.

The Ivetagr approach it is not “us versus them” or even “us on behalf of them”. For the way we do it has to be “us with them”

As Linus Pauling said it best “To have a good idea, you must first have lots of ideas” this is why we went into Diverge (creates many choices) Convergence help us to make the choices.”

Ivetagr is re-engineering the process of Job counselling by helping VET teachers and Job Counsellors with a creative process that generates ideas and concepts that have not existed before together. This game methodology helps to improve Job Counsselor traffic management, to provide better and more services for the students, these are just two examples of the changes.

This first graphic (it will evolve for sure) is the outcome of the Insight Job counsellors approach trying to combine Game methodologies with existing working flows to develop a new working and learning methodology by implementing games.
