The Transfer of Innovation of this project is based in four main elements.\u00a0Design Thinking is implemented for analysing the way Job Counsellors work and what kind of services they provide and if these services are useful for the final student. Getting their insights, finding possible methods of changes, innovating in the way they work, help them to improve traffic management, create new services, improve existing services and much more are some of the aims.<\/span><\/p>

Design Thinking is defining a series of patterns, when done, a Game is developed and implemented, played and benchmarked with similar peers. Is not a videogame, is not the so called serious game, is using the videogame components and structure to reshape and innovate education and business management.<\/p>

The Game is in itself is a prototype which final version requires students insights in order to deliver a final version from the user point of view.<\/p>

The Social Media tools are used not only for content creation and networking but as an open evolving Game Scenario and user interface.<\/p>

The Project Management Aid is implemented to follow up the project development and their interactions accross the 3 levels.<\/p>

The final deliverables are training Workshops and the DT & GAME Methodology book.<\/p>

Depicting the idea in the sub-way fashion: This is ingenious. This is a perfect match for the illustrious John Sweller and his \u201cCognitive Load Theory and Instruction Design\u201d. The project idea, although complex per se is depicted with a re-presentation of a sub-way network. In this way the observer knows that the difficulties in managing new concepts (learning) will be over come, as he\/she is guided though the different stations. In addition the map is offering a good chance for roving around the concepts: one picked up at a time, does not eliminate the value of the other \u201cstations\u201d , and more important the map is the assistance tool for orientation. So the observer\/traveler feels secure, as he\/she knows that he may process the map gradually. \u00a0As everyone knows what a metro map is, the metaphor is 100% successful, as it lowers the extraneous load to zero, so that parallel processing of the working memory is kept at the accepted 250 millisecond. \u00a0In addition the germane load (new stations, that require learning), is served by the different station boxes. \u00a0Short term memory is very well addressed thought the color combination and the guiding metro line. Long term memory helps reducing mental efforts as it uses prior knowledge (metro map) to master the concept map.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
