scrum values

The Scrum value of commitment is essential for building an agile culture. Scrum teams work together as a unit. Scrum and agile teams trust each other to follow through on what they say they will do. When team members aren’t sure how work is going, they ask. Agile teams only agree to take on tasks they believe they can complete, so they are careful not to overcommit.

The Scrum Guide lists five values that all Scrum teams share: commitment, courage, focus, openness, and respect.

We propose three different values exercises. To clarify, the team’s Values and Principles help them consolidate the way they work; otherwise, it is just a group of people trying to work together.

On the Miro board, there are three exercises, and the teachers will guide you through them. You will learn a lot about yourself and the others.

value matrix

This exercise will enable you to disclose the Minimum Values you will accept in your TEAM members.

the leader values

We propose a play of the game where you have to identify the Values of the public Leaders and connect them to various organizations.

Nevertheless, you can assign them based on your assumptions.

your values

Yet another game. It is time to define your values and explain to your Team members the why of these values.

In the second game level, you have to build a new company and define its values.
